This 24/7 toll-free service allows people to report wildlife emergencies, human-wildlife conflicts, and suspected poaching activities, enabling rapid response and resolution of wildlife-related incidents.

Project Goals

• Establish a 24/7 operational wildlife emergency hotline
• Train 50 operators in wildlife emergency response protocols
• Achieve an average response time of under 30 minutes for reported emergencies
• Handle and resolve 5,000 wildlife-related incidents annually
